We trace our roots to over 40 years ago providing community services in Stockwell and Brixton. We ran training, seminars, and events to support young people and marginalised adults. We eventually provided short term accommodation for the most vulnerable and then estbalished KNC Housing to fulfil a growing need for more affordable housing. We are the sister organisation of Khatme Nubuwwat Centre, a registered charity (328715) .
We have several of our own freehold properties with the majority of new bed spaces under lease with respected landlords. We only work with those landloards and partners who share our philsophy and wish to serve the community. We offer a comprehensive range of property management services, including property maintenance, tenant screening, rent collection, tenancy sustainment and more.
At KNC Housing, we believe in providing our tenants and partners with personalized service that meets their unique needs. We have dedicated support workers, maintenance officers and management who take the time to work closely with you to develop a customised tenant management plan that meets tenant needs.
